When you have finished your film, export the movie and save it as your name. Then import it into moviemaker and finish the film which will save it as a wmv file ready to upload onto your blog.
On your blog write a few notes on what you have learnt from the preliminary task. This does not have to be essay style, you could use screen shots from your adobe timeline. (place the red line on the shot you want then export frame) and annotate.
