Horror film research and questionaire
You will be studying horror/thriller films for your coursework. I would like you to do some initial research about popular films in this genre and who watches them so you get an idea of demand. Which films have grossed the most in recent years? Whats can you find out about audience profiles or demographics?
http://www.imdb.com/ is a good source of information.
Homework is to write a questionnaire to find out what people like to watch, when they watch films and where. How often do people go to the cinema? What influences their choices? Is it cost, film stars, directors, favourite genres? You then need to ask at least 10 people of different ages, gender and background and analyse their answers. What has your questionnaire told you about cinema habits?
You will use this in your coursework and you get marks for it so do it properly!
This needs to be done by Thursday 22 November. You need to put an example of your questionnaire on your blog and your analysis summary of the results. You do not need to list all the results on your blog.

Preliminary Task
When you have finished your film, export the movie and save it as your name. Then import it into moviemaker and finish the film which will save it as a wmv file ready to upload onto your blog.
On your blog write a few notes on what you have learnt from the preliminary task. This does not have to be essay style, you could use screen shots from your adobe timeline. (place the red line on the shot you want then export frame) and annotate.
